By sharing her own personal lived experiences, on her journey to recovery, we hope to open you eyes, hearts & minds to what effects mental health has on an individual without having to battle with negative stigma.
The fact is, mental health isn't only in our heads, it's in our body's & affects who we are plus those around us. Mental health can break up relationships, both intimate & work related, leaving us hanging high & dry for years to come. It's so sad & emotionally draining as well as disheartening especially when we feel rejected for something that we have barely any control over. So by arranging an informative talk about mental health, our therapist will invite you to take a virtual step into her own shoes to discover what really happens. Our talks are not meant to upset or disturb you, only to reveal what lies beneath the surface.
